Bandai Namco has announced that Tekken 8 will be receiving its first DLC character in a few days, introducing acrobatic Brazilian capoeira fighter Eddy Gordo to the roster.
Eddy made his debut in 1997's Tekken 3, alongside his unlockable disco alter-ego Tiger, and quickly became a firm favourite for button mashing players. He was last seen in Tekken 7, busting his trademark moves.
In Tekken 8, Eddy is referred to as the ‘Indomitable Flash’, due to his boundless energy and speed. You'll be able to play as Eddy Gordo from 1st April with the Character Year 1 Pass, before he's available for standalone purchase on 4th April.
