The Skullamanjaro medal is earned in any Headhunter game by scoring ten skulls at once. In order to help make this achievement less of a burden, it's best to play Team Hunter or Big Team Head Hunter, rather than any Free-for-All variant. The reason a team-based match will prove to be easier is because the achievement seems to unlock for anyone if a player on your team earns the medal! Simply focus on good teamwork and effective communication in keeping your "VIP" alive and hunting down the enemy team to score more skulls!
